Small servers can now unlock scheduled monthly Staff Reviews without starting a subscription: one pack for the next monthly review, or a quarterly pack for the next three monthly reviews.

The release also improves monthly review preview wording, adds quieter Ghost mode controls, and fixes review-pack entitlement handling.
