Highlights:

• /reset_member_activity lets admins reset one human member’s CleanerBot activity state without kicking them or changing their Discord roles.

• /checkin lets admins post a lightweight activity or policy reminder that members can acknowledge with reactions.

• Whitelisted categories now apply more consistently across activity tracking, channel reviews, and quiet-channel reporting.
