Dashboard v. 2.65.3 and Bot v. 2.37.3

• Custom select menus are now available for Interactive Messages. You can create dropdown menus, add options, configure min/max selections, and use them together with buttons.

• Reaction Roles and In-Voice Temporary Roles settings have been moved from the settings command to the dashboard.

• The /settings command now redirects server administrators to the dashboard, where all server configuration is handled from now on.
