• Closed-by filter — ticket history can now be filtered by who closed a ticket, separately from who claimed it.

• Fixed longer ticket name formats being silently discarded on save and the option reverting to its default, with no error shown.

• Fixed transcripts that would sometimes fail to open.

• Fixed tickets failing to open when a category was full.

• Fixed some ticket creation failures that did not provide any explanation.

• Fixed an error that could stop some ticket forms and pop-ups from opening // causing interaction failed messages.

• Fixed bot personalization changes staying blocked for longer than necessary after repeated edits.

• Fixed staff message counts in ticket logs missing members whose access came from an administrator role.

• Fixed a number of smaller display issues across the website and dashboard.
