First update, whoop whoop

Added

- Webhook caching, should slightly speed up but reduce the total amount of discord API calls
- Cleanup helpers, when a server is deleted the connection owner moved to the longest channel connected, when a channel is deleted the connection channel is deleted
- Discord Bot List link button on the help command

Changed

- Restructured the codebase to be a bit more streamlined
- Migrated from JavaScript to TypeScript and hopefully squashed any bugs that JS didnt catch that TS did
- Bumped the node version up
