Until now, a schedule always delivered the same content. With template rotation, a recurring or calendar schedule pulls from a whole list of templates instead: at every delivery, the next message in line goes out.

You choose how the line moves:

• In order: and when the list completes, start over or end the schedule.
• Shuffled: random picks that never repeat a template until all have been sent.

Templates stay live: fix a typo in one, and every future delivery that uses it ships the fix. Build the messages once, stack them in a single schedule, and the channel gets variety on autopilot.

What servers use it for: a tip of the day, rotating rules reminders, weekly community spotlights, quiz series.

Setup takes a minute in the dashboard: create or edit a recurring or calendar schedule, switch the content to Rotation and pick your templates. Rotation is part of the Elite pack and voting for MsgPlanner right here on top.gg MsgPlanner unlocks Elite features for free.
