✨ Meme engine experiment!

In the next ~14 days we will be conducting an experiment with the new meme text engine - v2-alpha. Bot will from now on use it in 50% of all channels. New engine uses LLMs to transform and fit channel messages into text on meme templates. This should make memes more logical and not just random slop.

We will compare like/dislike ratios of the old and new engines. Then based on those results it may be added as an option to /settings .
