Tickets v3.26: a simpler panel wizard, smarter claiming, and panels you can reuse

Hey everyone, the latest Tickets release is all about speed and control: setting up a panel is now a short guided wizard, ticket claiming finally does exactly what you want, and you can save any panel as a reusable template instead of rebuilding it every time. Here's what shipped in v3.26.

Simpler panel setup

A shorter wizard — building a panel now asks one thing per screen (Panel Type, Ticket Type, Send Channel, then Customize), and starting from a preset or a saved template skips straight past what it already knows. The optional extras — welcome message, questions, response-time targets, entry requirements, auto-close and who can open tickets — now sit behind one Advanced settings toggle.

Save & reuse panels (Free: 1 template, Premium: more) — save any panel's setup as a named template in your own server's library, then spin up a new panel from it any time.

Copy a panel to another server — Export Template gives you a one-time code; Import template on the other server recreates it there, ready for you to pick its channel and team.

Link buttons on panels (Free) — add up to five buttons that open a URL — your docs, a status page, your site — right next to "Open a ticket", so members can self-serve first.

Smarter forms — ticket questions can now ask members to pick a user, role or channel, not just type or choose from a dropdown.

Modal application panels — collect an application through a pop-up instead of opening a thread, with answers sent straight to a staff review channel with Approve and Deny buttons.

Claim it your way

Choose what claiming does (Free) — nothing beyond marking who has it, hide the ticket from the rest of staff, or let others keep reading but not reply. Set a server default, override it per panel, and optionally ping the opener when their ticket is claimed.

A rebuilt Insights

Arrange it yourself — Insights is now a layout you edit, like Overview: drag widgets into the order you want, show or hide them, and switch chart styles.

A real date range — pick 7, 30, 90, 180 or 365 days, or a custom start and end date, instead of a fixed 90-day window. Premium servers can look back a full year.

Status distribution widget — see open, in-progress and resolved tickets at a glance.

Default panel priority (Premium) — give a panel a default priority so every ticket it opens starts flagged already.

Webhooks you can trust

Send test — fire a one-off event right now and see immediately whether it arrived.

Recent deliveries — the last 48 hours of attempts per endpoint, with event, status and timing, so you can debug a broken integration yourself.

Automatic backoff — an endpoint that keeps failing is backed off and eventually disabled instead of being hit on every ticket event. Fixing the URL gives it a clean slate.

Dashboard polish

Collapsible sidebar + theme switcher — collapse the sidebar to a slim icon rail for more room, and pick dark, light, or match your device.

Your server order, your call — drag your servers into the order you want; servers you haven't added the bot to yet sit behind one Add server tile.

/check-permissions — a new command that lists exactly what the bot is missing in your server, split into what's mandatory and what's optional for a specific feature — or check one channel or category directly.

Thanks for being part of Tickets — full technical notes are on tickets.tools/changelog, and every vote and review genuinely helps more communities find the bot.
