Admins can turn off inactivity channel notices while keeping threshold DMs enabled. Member mute preferences and Discord delivery restrictions still apply.

Two moderator approvals now trigger eligible manual inactivity kicks without an extra wait or execution click. General removal requests keep their existing rules.

This release also improves settings navigation and voting buttons, preserves review progress across restarts, and fixes batch approvals and pre-kick DM settings.
