Kurafuda

Kurafuda is a free companion web app for the Karuta card game. It doesn't replace Karuta — you keep playing normally in Discord. It watches Karuta's activity in the channels you set it up in and turns it into a fast, browsable dashboard at kurafuda.untrustedhub.wtf.

What it does:

• Dashboard — drop, grab and vote cooldowns at a glance, plus your monthly vote reward progress (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
• Card Library — search, filter and browse your full collection, including which editions you're missing
• Wishlist alerts (early — may miss or misread cards) — get pinged in-app, by DM or in your channel when a card you want drops. Watch a single character, a whole series, or only characters/editions you don't own yet. Alerts depend on reading Karuta's drop images, and that gets more accurate the more drops Kurafuda sees, so I can't promise it'll catch everything yet.
• Customizer (early — previews may not match Karuta exactly) — preview frames and dyes on your own cards before you spend anything in Karuta. Each frame and dye has to be learned from real examples, so some are incomplete or slightly off until someone's used them in front of the bot.
• Albums — auto-syncs your album layouts as you build them
• Card interactions — keeps track of visits, dates and affection with your characters
• Releases — see upcoming editions and get alerted when they drop
• Frames — a growing frame catalog, updated daily from the Frame Shop

Built around privacy. Your collection is yours: nobody else using Kurafuda can ever see your cards, wishlist or stats, and there are no leaderboards or rankings. The bot only reads Karuta's own messages and never reads what players say. Which servers you share with Kurafuda is only checked when you log in to the site, and only to decide what shared info you can see. Delete your account any time and everything tied to it is erased immediately.

Kurafuda is completely free, and it's at a stage where I honestly can't test everything on my own. Karuta is random by nature — drops, editions, frames, dates, events — so there's a lot I just can't reliably see from my own server.

I can't offer anything in return, but I'd really appreciate anyone who gives it a try. Even if you just do the one-time setup, pick a channel, and completely forget about it, that still helps a ton. Every drop, lookup, visit and date the bot sees teaches Kurafuda more about Karuta's characters, card art, editions, frames and interactions — wishlist alerts and the customizer especially only get better with more people using them — and that makes it better for everyone.

If something's missing, a quick k!lu usually fixes it. Optional Ko-fi donations help keep the server running, but they don't unlock anything.
