Permissions

Sparrow never needs Administrator. Giveaways and messages work with basic permissions. Tickets need Manage Threads and Manage Roles (thread mode) or Manage Channels and Manage Roles (channel mode). If one is missing, Sparrow tells you which and how to fix it.
