Boredom: A Tale of Adventure

═══════════════════

For the past 500 years, Pangea has known peace. In this era of Boredom, this same peace has almost become a cage. Across its zones, kingdoms have remained standing, borders have fallen quieter, and generations have lived without ever experiencing the dangers that once shaped the world. The Central Hub continues to thrive at the heart of it all, while the lands beyond have settled into lives of their own.

Slowly, without anyone really noticing, everything became familiar. The same roads had been travelled, same waters crossed, same stories told. For 5 whole centuries, Pangea continued to move, but nothing truly felt like it had changed.

For some, that predictability was everything they wanted. A quiet life, a safe home, and a tomorrow they could count on. Yet for others? It became boring!

Adventure never truly disappeared. People simply stopped searching for it. Until now.

After 500 years, something is beginning to build beneath all that comfort. There has to be more than waking up tomorrow to do everything exactly the same again. Eventually, someone’ll get tired of waiting. Eventually they’ll step beyond what they know.

Comfort becomes routine. Routine becomes boredom. And boredom makes people do interesting things.
