tiqlet

tiqlet is a ticket bot for Discord support servers. Members open tickets from a panel with buttons or select menus, in private channels or threads, and staff answer with claiming, priorities, tags, forms and internal notes.

Every command has a web equivalent: a full dashboard at app.tiqlet.com to configure panels, forms, automations, SLA targets and statistics, no Discord permissions required to manage it.

A Telegram bridge lets members handle their own tickets from their phone, and whole communities can run support entirely inside Telegram, with no Discord server at all.

An optional AI assistant can be trained on your own knowledge base: it answers instantly from your own articles when it can, drafts replies and summaries for staff otherwise, and hands off to a human when it does not know. Nothing it says is invented outside what you wrote.

The core (unlimited tickets, panels, forms and transcripts) is free forever. Paid plans add more automations, AI credits and whitelabel.
