CordBase: a database for your Discord server

CordBase lets server admins design tables on a web dashboard. The bot turns each table into a slash command that members use in Discord. If your server keeps records in a spreadsheet (a guild bank, DKP, a raid roster, event signups, staff applications, match results), CordBase moves them into Discord.

How it works

1. Sign in with Discord at cordbase.gg and add the bot to your server.
2. Create a table with up to 25 columns (text, number, date, yes/no, choice or member), or install one of the 40 ready-made templates.
3. The bot registers one command per table. A table called "bank" gives you /bank add, /bank query, /bank view, /bank update and /bank delete. Tables with a number column also get /bank leaderboard.
4. /bank update can set a number, add to it or subtract from it.
5. Give each role read, write or admin access per table.

Good fit

• Guild banks and shared inventories
• DKP or points that officers award by hand, with a standings board
• Rosters, signup lists and attendance history
• Staff applications, bounty boards, character sheets, match results

What it does not do

• It does not read messages or voice activity, so it does not give XP automatically or assign level-up roles. A leveling bot does that.
• No moderation, music, auto-earning economy or reaction roles.
• Event bots handle calendars, RSVP buttons and reminders better. CordBase is for the records that outlive one event.
• Tables are created in the web dashboard, not from Discord.
• No CSV import, public API or Google Sheets sync yet.

Privacy

The bot only receives slash command interactions and does not request the Message Content intent. Any member can run /delete-my-data. Deleted rows are purged after 30 days.

• Free: $0. 2 tables, 100 rows per table, slash commands, dashboard, templates, role permissions, analytics.
• Pro: $8/month. Unlimited tables, 10,000 rows per table, saved views, bulk update and delete, CSV and JSON export, 3 scheduled posts.
• Team: $15/month. Unlimited tables, 50,000 rows per table, everything in Pro, 10 scheduled posts.
