WarDogs Server Commands

Run your WARDOGS server from Discord

WarDogs Server Commands connects your Discord to your game servers through a Warcon API key, so your admins moderate, run matches and manage your whitelist without ever opening a panel. The bot never asks for your RCON password, and you decide which capabilities the key carries.

Live status panel

A panel in your status channel that keeps itself up to date: players, map, game mode, faction scores, round time, join code and one state button (🟢 online, 🟡 restarting, 🔴 offline). Optionally a voice channel that renames itself to 🟢 64/100 · Bakurani.

Map votes

Near the end of a match the bot posts a vote. Players pick the next map and control zone, and in the same message the time of day and the weather if you want them to. The winner is applied the moment the vote closes, while the match is still running.

Whitelist that expires by itself

Paste a list of SteamIDs, pick a duration (an hour, a week, permanent) and add a note like "giveaway winner". Entries run out on their own. Seeders and Discord boosters can be whitelisted automatically.

Moderation

Kick, ban, kill, move between teams, whisper and broadcast, from a command or the dashboard. Decide per action whether it is announced in game ("X was kicked by Y for Z"), in your own wording. Acting silently is a separate permission, so admins can act quietly while other roles cannot.

Reports and cross-community bans

Players report cheaters with clip evidence, your admins decide. Confirmed bans are shared with other communities running the bot, and every community decides for itself whether to apply one. Reporters stay anonymous, and only admin-confirmed bans are ever shared, never raw reports.

Seeding, stats and rewards

Seed calls when the server is quiet, seeding time tracked per player, automatic whitelist rewards, match recaps with a full public scoreboard, leaderboards, clan stats and weekly awards.

Permissions the way your community runs

19 separate permissions per Discord role. No presets, no fixed ladder: pick a role, tick what it may do. Trial Mod, Mod, Sr Mod, Admin, Head Admin, whatever your ladder looks like. Anyone with Manage Server always keeps full access, so you cannot lock yourself out.

Getting started

1. Invite the bot and pick which permissions you are comfortable giving it.
2. Create a Warcon API key for your organisation and run /setup.
3. Set your channels and per-role permissions in the dashboard.
