Privacy

Your original videos never leave your device. Compression happens locally inside your browser.

Only the finished output files pass through Professor Compressor's encrypted relay for delivery to Discord. The relay holds them briefly in memory and does not save them to disk. After delivery, Discord stores the completed attachments according to its own policies.

Command

/compress creates a private, short-lived, single-use compressor link for the requesting user.
