Join, read the rules and ask in the support channels. Tell us which command or feature you're stuck on and what you expected to happen.
Can I report a bug without joining?
Yes. Run /bugreport in any server with ItzABot and it comes straight to us.
Where do I find out about new features?
Every update is announced in the server with a changelog, often with a sneak peek before it goes live.
