Sparrow

Dashboard

Set it up on the web, not with commands

Every module has its own page with a live preview. Pick your channels and roles from a list, write your messages, save, and you're done. Your staff can help too, with access to only the modules you choose.

Staff access

No more Administrator for your whole team

Give each person only the access they need, by role. Nobody needs Discord's Administrator permission to help run Sparrow.

• Sparrow Master Roles manage every module on the dashboard, without Administrator
• Manager Roles (Premium) run one module, like Tickets, Applications, Giveaways or Events, and nothing else
• Support Roles handle tickets and applications, but can't change any settings

Set it up with /roles in Discord or on the dashboard. How access works

Tickets

Help members in private

Ticket panels with buttons or a dropdown, questions asked before a ticket opens, staff roles and claiming. Every ticket gets a transcript on the web that only the people in it and your staff can open, and your staff can read and reply from the dashboard.

More about tickets

Applications

Staff, whitelist or clan applications

Your own questions, a private review step for your staff, and a DM to the applicant so they can look at their answers again.

Events

Team competitions that run themselves

Teams, tasks and points with a live leaderboard. Hidden tasks unlock as teams score, staff review every submission, and each event gets its own web page your members can follow.

Leveling

The most powerful and flexible leveling on Discord

Reward your most active members, and give everyone a reason to come back tomorrow.

• XP from everything: messages, voice, commands and reactions, each with its own amount and cooldown
• Double XP events: schedule a boost for the whole server, text or voice only, or the channels you pick, with a countdown and roles that can or can't join in
• XP decay: inactive members slowly lose XP, or anyone who earns less than your minimum each week or month
• Activity streaks: bonus XP for every day in a row a member is active
• Role rewards by level, messages, voice hours or reactions
• A rank card members style themselves, and a web leaderboard you can share
• Bring your levels: import from MEE6, Lurkr or Noctaly, with daily backups in case anything goes wrong

Giveaways

Giveaways people want to join

Entry rules, bonus entries for roles, and winners picked for you. Members who vote for Sparrow get double entries.

Reviews

See how your team is doing

Members rate their ticket, application or event when it's done. Look through the results by staff member, panel and date.

Welcome

Make a good first impression

Welcome and goodbye messages, a welcome DM, and a message when your server hits a member milestone.
