Yes. Unlimited tickets, forms, claiming and transcripts cost nothing. Premium adds extras like analytics, autoclose and unlimited panels.
How long does setup take?
About two minutes. Invite the bot, open the dashboard and the setup wizard walks you through your teams, a form and your first panel.
Can tickets be threads instead of channels?
Yes. Thread mode opens tickets as private threads, which keeps your channel list tidy.
Can I remove the Tickets branding?
Premium removes it from messages, and Whitelabel runs everything under your own bot name, avatar and status.
Is this the original Tickets bot?
