The zombie infection has taken over Area 51, turning its underground facilities into a combat zone. Players face green, blocky zombies inside a stark industrial corridor lined with metal flooring, stone-textured walls, warning stripes, and bright overhead panels.

A first-person weapon is visible in the facility, with zombies advancing through a secured doorway ahead. Surviving the outbreak requires using available weapons and unblocking additional weapons as the fight continues. Destroyed zombies provide coins, giving each encounter a direct in-game reward.

The setting combines military bunker details with a stylized science-fiction look: hazard markings, reinforced doors, dark wall cabling, and vivid green enemies define the visual identity of Area 51. Liking the game and joining its group can also provide rewards.
