Slap Tower 3 centers on a simple challenge: break through the tower while avoiding being slapped. Its premise draws inspiration from Slap Battles, with the slap-hand imagery credited to Slap Battles.

The visible course rises through a tall, open tower filled with pastel-colored platforms, narrow ledges, and compact obstacle sections. Floating square platforms lead outward from the structure, while bright red bars cross parts of the route. Blue, pink, green, and yellow surfaces give the tower a vivid, toy-like visual style against a plain sky and gray background.
