Hide Troll Tower centers on stealth and surprise in a tower setting. Players can turn completely invisible, use concealment for sneaky trolling, and watch for other players who may be waiting unseen to ambush them.

The game draws inspiration from Slap Wall Hop Tower, Slap Tower, and similar tower games. Joining the associated group and liking the game are promoted alongside an exclusive Lava Slap, adding a slap-themed element to the tower’s visual identity.
