Balloon to Brainrots! revolves around using a balloon to collect rare Brainrots by jumping down onto platforms. Careful movement matters: flying too fast can pop the balloon and interrupt the descent.

Collected Brainrots can be upgraded or sold to earn more money. The illustrated scene shows a block-styled character holding several bright balloons above a platform, with small blue Brainrots displayed on a raised structure and a large cash-per-second figure overhead.

The setting uses saturated cyan skies, orange ground, colorful platforms, and chunky toy-like models. Joining the group provides a bonus.
