Place dirt to shape the play area, then grab Brainrots and carry them back to your base. Lasers arrive as a hazard, so staying alive is part of the run while you collect more Brainrots.

Brainrots placed in the base generate money over time. The game uses a bright, block-built style with green ground, orange tiled surfaces, a blue sky, and oversized white-gloved hands visible during play. A blocky blue-and-white Brainrot stands ahead beside a green-and-brown dirt block, with the current money rate displayed above it.
