Raidify

Raid sign-ups, rosters and attendance for World of Warcraft Classic. Raids are created on the web app at raidify.app; the bot posts them in Discord, fills them as people sign up, and keeps the message current.

Raiders do not need an account to sign up. The first sign-up creates one.

Features

• Live-updating embeds. Roster counts, status changes and sign-up buttons refresh in place. No manual re-posting.
• Slash command sign-ups. Members pick a character and spec from a dropdown, and can create a character during the flow.
• Rich roster display. Tanks, healers, melee and ranged DPS, with WoW class colours and spec emojis.
• Scheduled reminders. Automatic pings at 24h, 2h and 1h before the raid.
• Group planning. Post party assignments as a live embed, with waitlist, unassigned and tentative players shown.
• Attendance confirmation. Ask the approved roster to confirm or decline, and watch responses land in real time.
• Guild integration. Map Discord roles to Raidify permission sets so access follows the roles you already maintain.
• Raid announcements. New guild events post automatically to a channel you choose, with an optional role ping.
• Personal notifications. Organizers can route reminders and sign-up alerts to any channel via a webhook.

Commands

/help - Start here. One embed listing every command, with links to the web app and the setup guide. Needs no account, no linked guild and no raid, and works in servers and in DMs.

For raiders:

• /signup raid-id:<id> - Sign up, choosing character and spec.
• /raids [count] - List upcoming raids with date, instance, status and roster count.
• /raid <id> - Full detail for one raid, including waitlist and pending approvals.
• /roster <id> - Approved roster grouped by role, with a fill progress bar.
• /characters - View and correct the characters on your account.

For officers:

• /groups <id> - Post the group plan as a live embed.
• /confirm-roster <id> - Ask the roster to confirm attendance.
• /confirm-groups <id> - Ask grouped players to confirm their spot.

For loot council:

• /loot coverage - Loot coverage for the raid.
• /loot request-lists - Collect and review wishlists.

Getting started

1. Add Raidify to your server.
2. Create a guild at raidify.app and link your Discord server in its settings.
3. Create a raid on the web app, then post it with /raid id:abc123.

Raiders just run /signup. No account setup needed on their side.

Supported game versions

Classic Era, TBC Anniversary, Mists of Pandaria Classic, and World of Warcraft: Forever.
