Welcome, tickets, reaction roles and moderation built on a visual canvas. See every step run in the log and fix what broke. Free to start.

Shifu: the Discord bot that shows its work

Shifu lets you build your server's automations on a visual canvas instead of a settings page. Each flow is a trigger, optional conditions and actions you can read and change. After every run, a step-by-step log shows what happened, and a failed step tells you why.

Start with /help. It works in every server, even before you set anything up, and links you to your server's dashboard.

What you can build

  • Welcome flows: a DM or channel welcome when a member joins, with an optional account-age check.
  • Auto-roles and verification: give a role on join, or post a Verify button with /setup-verify.
  • Ticket system: /ticket opens a private channel; closing it saves the conversation as a .txt file.
  • Reaction roles: a reaction adds a role, removing it takes the role away.
  • Moderation: moderation log, invite-link filter, timeouts, kicks and bans from your own flows.
  • Server utilities: suggestion box (/suggest), member-count channel, scheduled announcements, keyword auto-replies, auto-publish for announcement channels.

How it works

  • See the flow, not a form. Triggers, conditions and actions are nodes on a canvas.
  • Live Discord preview of the message, buttons included, before you deploy.
  • Per-step run log. Every run lists each step with its input and output.
  • Templates. Import one, pick your channels and roles, deploy.
  • Your commands. /help is always there. Other commands, such as /ticket, /suggest or /setup-verify, appear when you deploy the flows that use them.

Permissions

Shifu's invite asks for Administrator so a new flow works the first time. You don't have to keep it: untick Administrator on Discord's invite screen, or remove it from the Shifu role later in Server Settings > Roles. Without it, give Shifu what your flows use: roles need Manage Roles, tickets need Manage Channels, moderation needs Kick, Ban or Moderate Members. When a command, button, menu or form can't finish because a permission is missing, Shifu says so in Discord and names the permission when it can. Other runs show the missing permission in the dashboard log.

Getting started

  1. Add Shifu to your server (you need Manage Server).
  2. Type /help, or open https://shifu.bot, sign in with Discord and pick your server.
  3. Go to Templates, choose one (for example Ticket System) and fill in the highlighted channels and roles.
  4. Press Deploy, try it in Discord, then open Logs to see each step.
