Melpo Verifier

The Basics Are Free. Period.

Other application bots put hard limits on how many forms or roles you can create unless you pay them. Melpo doesn't.

• Unlimited Applications: Create as many different application forms as you need. Run a general server verification, a "Verified Artist" application, and a Staff application all at the same time.
• Unlimited Roles: No limits on the number of roles you can auto-assign when a user joins, or grant/remove upon successful verification.
• Free Customization: Match your server’s theme with custom images, colors, and text in all embeds Melpo sends to your users!
• Automated Role Assignment: Assign roles the moment a user joins, grant specific roles upon approval, and strip away restrictive roles once a user successfully verifies.
• Organised review channels: Melpo routes new applications to a review channel and gives the option to automatically move handled applications to a dedicated log channel.
• More features to come!!

Web Dashboard

Say goodbye to confusing configuration dashboards. Melpo features an easy-to-use Web Dashboard where you can build your questionnaires, configure your channels, manage roles, and design custom embed messages using a visual editor!

Easy Discord Setup

Prefer staying in Discord?

• Create a new application using the /setup create command.
• The bot guides you step-by-step through setting up your first application so you can't get lost.
• Run /setup edit later to open an advanced menu to tweak your configuration. (Note: some settings are only configurable through the Dashboard)

Organised Review Channel

Melpo routes new applications to a dedicated review channel where moderators get a clean panel showing the user's account age, invite link used, and their questionnaire answers alongside Verify, Deny, kick, or Ask Question buttons.

Once handled, Melpo automatically archives the ticket to a dedicated log channel if setup.

Unlock More with Premium

While the core verification system will always be free, you can upgrade to unlock advanced automation for bigger communities:

• Message Branching: Route users to different follow-up questions or instantly auto-verify/deny them based on their specific answers using RegEx or multiple choice questions.
• Automated Actions: Set up auto-kicks for inactive unverified users and automated cooldown timers for denied applicants.
• Advanced customisation (Components V2): Use a visual drag-and-drop editor to build your own fully unique messages with way more customisability than possible with Embeds.
• Whitelabel Option: Want Melpo to look exactly like your server's own bot? Use your own custom bot token to change the whole bot profile!
