Each ticket opens a new channel in your server.

Members write in their DMs and staff reply from posts in one forum. Your channel list does not change.

Everything below is a dashboard setting, not a command to memorize.

Ticket categories
Up to 10, each with its own emoji, pings and a form of up to five questions. They stay in sync with your forum tags.
Panel builder
Build the message members click from real Discord components, and decide which mentions it is allowed to ping.
Tags
Save the answers you send all the time and drop them into a ticket in seconds.
Custom messages
Set what members see when a ticket opens and when it closes, globally or per category.
Ticket feedback
Ask for feedback on close: your own thank-you message and up to five questions, posted where you want them.
Anonymity
Staff can answer without their name attached, and members can open a ticket anonymously.
Localized
The bot itself is localized.

A separate add-on: members report users or messages, and moderators act on them directly.

Act on the spot
Reports arrive in the channel you pick, with a ping. Moderators act right there, and reports can resolve themselves.
Exemptions and blacklists
Mark users and roles that cannot be reported, keep reporting to certain channels, and blacklist people from tickets, reports or tags.
Report limits
Caps per reported user, per reporter and per server, so nobody can flood the queue.
Report DMs
Choose what the reporter and the reported user are told on creation, on resolution and after an action.
